A little puppy, only three months old, showed remarkable loyalty to its sister who was hit by a car. The puppy refused to leave the side of the deceased sibling, and stayed there for two days until a generous individual came and buried her. This display of devotion is truly heartwarming.
According to reports from Pixian County in Sichuan Province, China, two dogs, one grey and one brown, were spotted by witnesses lying in the center of the road.
For several days, a brown puppy stood guard over a grey one on the side of the road, defending it from passing cars by barking and jumping to scare them away. Eventually, someone rescued both dogs and took them to safety.
A bystander witnessed another person taking responsibility for burying a grey-colored dog. However, the dog’s sibling refused to leave its partner and hurriedly jumped into the same hole.
At last, the brown pooch was rescued by staff members from a nearby animal welfare facility who are currently taking care of it.
